Ingredients: |

1 empty can, ¼ filled with water, ¼ filled with orange juice or any juice of your choice 1 whole fryer Kosher salt to taste black ground pepper to taste thyme to taste rosemary to taste 1 bay leaf |

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add seasonings to can along with liquid mixture, reserve some spices to rub into the skin of the chicken.
Place chicken in oven and cook for 90 minutes or until internal temperature in the thigh reaches 165°F.
