Ingredients: |

1 pound ground beef 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon green pepper, finely chopped ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon Kosher salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 tablespoon ketchup |

Mix all ingredients well with hands.
Form into patties and press concave divot in patty so it will stay flat when cooked (makes stacking condiments easier).
Cook patties in large sauté pan on medium high heat 5-7 minutes per side.
